To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnbarTech's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall Anbar be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they shall be referred to binding arbitration under ISTAC rules in Istanbul.
Anbar may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
