All new subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends. After subscribing, monthly renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No payment information is required to start. At the end of the 7-day period, you will be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you choose not to subscribe, your account is automatically deactivated — no charges will be made.
Monthly subscription fees (base plan + additional seats) are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. AI conversation usage is billed monthly in arrears based on actual consumption. Renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the base plan.
AI conversation charges ($0.10 per AI-handled conversation) are usage-based and billed monthly in arrears. These charges are non-refundable once conversations have been processed, except in cases of verified platform errors or billing mistakes on our part.
Refunds outside this policy may be considered at Anbar's sole discretion for: (a) significant service outages caused by Anbar; (b) verified billing errors on our part; (c) extraordinary circumstances reviewed by management. All exception requests must be submitted to superadmin@anbar.tech within 60 days of the charge.
